It’s a nice hotel but not worth and often exorbitant cost when nicer spots are just around the corner. Some of the staff at the front desk is snooty and while the roof is cool, there are some other nice spots very near by.

The hotel was great. Dining available in the hotel and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was nice, but do not pay for views because you'll be looking at the construction on the block. The only thing I did not like was the cooling device/refrigerator. It is more of a space for drinks and does not stay cold enough to truly keep food cold. Other than that, it was a great visit!

This is the only place I will stay while visiting Denver CO! The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. The staff is top notch offering excellent customer service and all are lovely, kind and professional people! The food is great, the gym is clean and well appointed. The location in Cherry Creek is excellent - many dining and shopping options just outside the door. This is my second time staying there and I will return. I actually booked another hotel in error in the Denver Tech Center and changed when I realized- I was so happy that this hotel could accommodate our last minute reservation! So relieved to arrive there and being a Bonvoy gold member was even better!

The location is nice and it’s in a really nice upscale area. However, it’s definitely not worth how much we paid which was insane. The pillows had marked on them which we had to ask to be changed. The towels and sheets were not white they were clearly used quite a bit which is normal but there should be higher standards. People were nice. Valet is a bit expensive and no other parking

There are too many "add on" fees. Parking was $70 a night! And staff didn't adjust my included breakfast so we were charged another $100. I had to contact and have removed.
