Interesting and unique rooms as each room is different. Loved having a small kitchen and frig. Also enjoyed the sitting room. Did not like the homeless folks all camped out in the street (Colfax) as it is under construction.

This is an older boutique hotel that has a lot of personality and is well kept. The beds were comfortable. Although staff is ot on site, they stay in contact and were very responsive with communication.

Good value for money! The hotel is old fashioned and the neighborhood is iffy. So it's good for solo travellers but not families as such. Amenities were good with kitchen and bathroom. AC is decent enough

The hotel was not cleaned well. The comforter color was dirty. It has stains. The photos of the room on the website are misleading. There was no staff. The room was dirty. The restroom was smelly, there was no exhaust in the restroom. and even the shower curtains were dirty. There was no safety latch or lock from the inside. Even location wise this was in front of a gas station which was shady af.

Room is beautiful and so is the house itself. Only thing we didn't care for is the beds were dirty, crumbs and food underneath blankets etc not something you wanna see. Also no hot water. Everything else was a breeze and very enjoyable.

I will give this place a 2/5 stars overall, BUT that’s doesn’t mean I won’t stay here again. I loved the location downtown Denver, it was affordable, and check in/out was easy (self check in/out). We also loved its Victorian-like theme Things we didn’t like: I tried contacting the hotel staff via email and call, didn’t get an answer both times. Many of our windows wouldn’t completely close. The room had an A/C unit but did not work and the room got warm quick. (we stayed in March, I couldn’t imagine summer months). The room could’ve been a little cleaner.

Great room to n an old fashioned boutique hotel. The location outside is a bit rough and tumble and is undergoing construction, like much of Denver. It is in a good area near the Botanic Gardens and nice homes.

I absolutely loved this place!! I stayed in the Helena suite and it was absolutely beautiful. There was a small kitchen, a sun room and a cute little bathroom. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Incredibly accommodating in every way!! It really felt like home away from home. I’ll be staying here again whenever I have the opportunity!!

Nice space and relatively clean room. Do wish there was somewhere to hang towels and fix the leaky faucet in the kitchen. Struggled to clean plates as there were not cleaning supplies. Appreciated the amenities and I would stay here again! The homeless were a bit of a nuisance but manageable. But overall, a very pleasant stay!
