I had to change my reservation as something popped up and they were more than accommodating considering I also had a major flight delay that had me rolling in after 2am. They still had a room ready for me and were waiting for me in the lobby. Very friendly service.

Overall, the property is located in a great part of denver, very central if you need to go into the suburbs quickly or want to enjoy the downtown area more. The rooms were on the older side but clean. The beds were on the softer side, compared to firm. Water bottles, free breakfast, kind staff and clean.

Accommodations were clean, although there were grease handprints on the bathroom door and wall by the sink that we cleaned after arriving. Linens were in short supply in the bathroom and kitchen. Linens are available at the front desk if you choose to request more. All in all, we enjoyed the Residence Inn suite. A good option especially for those needing kitchen and refrigerator options while traveling.

I love the kitchen area with a full size fridge to keep all of our snacks and drinks cold. It was roomy enough for the four of us and we were comfortable the entire stay. We will be staying there again when we return in September for my daughter’s birthday.
