Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience
We booked 4 rooms for one night just to sleep and head back home the next day. Unfortunately, our experience was far from acceptable.
The surrounding area felt unsafe, with several homeless individuals around the property. After checking in, the rooms initially appeared okay for a short stay, but upon closer inspection, we found serious hygiene issues. One room had yellow urine stains around the toilet and a bunch of hair on the bed. With no other options late at night, we had to clean the room ourselves.
The worst part was discovering a disgusting-looking bug on the bed in another room. It bit my brother all over his body, leaving huge, painful blisters on his arms and elsewhere. At 3 AM, he went to the front desk for help, but received none. He and his family, including two young children, had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and spent over an hour calling around before finally finding another hotel.
Breakfast was also disappointing — very minimal, offering only cereal, waffles, and hard-boiled eggs. No bread, bagels, or other basic options.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. Poor hygiene, unresponsive staff, and unsafe conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
