There is no justification for $7 bottle water in the hotel lobby or $55 per night valet parking. Only tells the hotel only wants to exploit customers. It is not about cost but I what one gets for it. Sonesta will not be my first choice in the future

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver
Pillows were like bags of sand aka horrible. The fan in the room was so loud and kept turning on and off until I finally figured out how to turn it off completely. Terrible night of sleep because of that.
