「The hotel clerk Trinity was absolute doll! When I arrived after driving for multiple days she couldn’t locate my reservation due to Hotel.com not providing it . Instead of just turning me away she spent over a hour assisting me with dealing with hotel.com it was truly refreshing The hospitality and understanding provided when telling hotel.com representative that booking it again when it’s already paid for is not acceptable service.
