「The stables was a bit difficult to find but once we got there we were able to call reception. Check in was quite straightforward and we were able to get to the room quickly. The room was really nice and clean, comes with Wi-Fi and a mini fridge as well as a hot tub on the balcony with plenty of privacy. We were able to go on a few trails as close as 10mins away to explore the Peak District. Lots of fun hikes to do for different abilities. The steakhouse next door was amazing, the chef of...

「Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that. Also...

「The welcome we received at the Dog and Partridge from David was excellent. We were quickly booked in and directed to our accommodation. A good feature was that our vehicles were able to be parked close to the room. The room was clean, well maintained and perfectly satisfactory. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was served without undue delay and was adequate and nourishing. Local Alton beer, which was available at the bar went down a treat. After a sound sleep, and shower we had...

「This is the worst hotel I have stayed on. We were put in the motel part, like pontins but 20 years older! Front door had light shining through it, light was hanging with loose wires, dead flies, spiders, cob webs, stains on sheets, bed side lights no light bulbs, grouting yellow in bathroom and windows held in with lose paint I did ring to complain but they weren't interested. The hole building needs knocking down. I got an email to say it's being refurbished, and to bear with them. If you...

「The room we stayed was so poor quality and too old nd very less maintained. The full carpet was dirty and stains with a very bad smell. The wardrobe in the room doesn’t have a door . The bathroom roof has a very big mark of dirty water leakage from the room or bathroom ups stairs. There is not even a shower curtain n the bathroom , so that we couldn’t bath . The tiles , window and window re covered with mold and not cleaned for ages . The room is not at all in an acceptable stage to stay or give...

「I really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and overall we had a very good experience. The inside was above our expectations. The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were also really nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The caretaker was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and we received really good customer service, which made us feel very welcome. There are just a couple of...

「Initially, because of a flight cancellation, we could not arrive on the date of the 3-day reservation. I tried to contact the hotel, but the AI phone attendant just took me in circles, suggesting I use their app to modify my reservation...Which didn't work because the reservation was made through Expedia. So friends in the town of Leek went directly to the hotel and confirmed that the room was paid for and would be kept empty until we arrived the following day... except the following day, the...
