也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。

観光客が多いメインのとおりから奥まった場所に位置し、静かで閑静な場所にあるヴィラでした。 部屋も明るく、十分な広さと清潔感を備えています。 庭の手入れもされており、のんびり過ごすにはとても良い所です。 朝食の手配は、モバイルフォンを使うユニークな方法ですが、指定時間には完璧に届けられます。 日本語は通じないので多少の英語は必要かもしれません。 ただ、この価格帯でアメニティ（歯ブラシが無い）が若干不足いている点は残念でした。 でも。バスタブもありお湯の温度調整にも問題ないのでストレスは感じません。 徒歩で街歩きやビーチへ行くには良い立地なのでまた利用したいと思います。

Not a good experience for me. The staff is friendly and the grounds are nice, but that's not hard to find in Bali. The wifi didn't work for me and it took them a few hours to fix, although they did try their best. The whole complex needs new air conditioners, which are small and old and not equipped to handle this kind of heat. That's especially true in the small fitness room, which was so hot I couldn't use it. Even the pool was hot; in fact, due to the heat and the layout of the pool, it was the warmest water I've ever swam in. To top it off, they made me wait while they checked the room, but somehow forgot to notice, or notify me, that I had left my computer and phone charger behind.

The Pavilions is set back off the main road through Sanur, it is very quiet woth no noise from traffic. The villas have a good size pool about 7m long 2 m wide and 1.25 depth, so good for a short swim. The villa has a fridge and icebox handy to pop am icecream in. TV in the main room. A good size bath and outdoor shower. The bed has a mosquito net that you can pull around the bed. Joga was our excellent butler. The Jahe restaurant is great for dinner, we also had breakfast here a few mornings but you can get breakfast delivered to your room. Too many names to remember here sorry but stop by on an evening for a cocktail. The pool area has an all day light menu fabulous sandwiches. Tania was my spa lady where i had a great pedicure and foot massage. There is a small gift shop by reception which some lovely trinkets. Sanur itself has lots of nearby restaurants, the beach is about 800m there is no direct access. Once on the beach there is a paved area for a couple of miles that you can cycle or walk. (Bikes available to hire on the main road). Would i come back- yes i most certainty will. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

The pool villa was secluded, private and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. We checked in late which was well handled by security, quickly getting us to our room and settled. Breakfast in the villa each morning was a treat.

This hotel was just wonderful, from the moment we arrived we felt so warmly welcomed. The villa itself was just beautiful. The grounds are lovely and the restaurant at the hotel is just wow, the food was so yummy and the setting is so beautiful. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Tout était parfait. La chambre honeymoon superbe et au calme. Très belle piscine. Personnel au petit soins et très discret (merci à Candra qui s’est occupé de nous pendant notre séjour). Très proche de toutes les commodités de Sanur(shopping, bars, restaurants, plage à quelques minutes, marché de nuit). Spa de bonne qualité même si tarifs au dessus de la moyenne (l’offre spéciale 1 1 permet de quand même en profiter à prix raisonnable). Restaurant non testé vu les possibilités extérieures nombreuses. Pdj de qualité servi en chambre (a l’heure souhaitée et ponctualité de mise). Bref rien a dire. On y reviendra volontiers.

The Pavilions Bali is a peaceful oasis in Sanur that was great to return to after a busy day. It is green, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the staff were terrific. The private cottages have lush tropical surrounds that helped us to unwind and were a delight to stay in.

Meget fin og hurtig check-in. Vi blev opgraderet til 2 værelses villa, hvilket var meget dejligt. Spiste ved poolen et par gange og alle måltider var gode og det var morgenmaden i øvrigt også. Morgenmad bliver serveret i villaen, hvilket var hyggeligt. Vi benyttede SPA'en og fik rigtig dejlig massage. Både hotel og SPA kan anbefales. Eneste obs er, at der er en del mosquitos og andre små insekter, men de var søde at skaffe ekstra myggespray

Very good, but not great.
We were a bit underwhelmed with our stay at the Pavillions. The staff were friendly and kind, but the villa itself, and the overall property was not as exceptional as we expected. The size of the room was very nice as we were able to spread out and enjoy our last night in Bali, and the breakfast brought to our room in the morning was the highlight. Very nice.

The private pool was spectacular and check in and breakfast were outstanding! Unfortunately there was cleanliness issues, fridge dirty and a cupboard in the kitchen fell off and almost landed on me. The room is advertised with a free massage but when we got there it’s actually only 15min and there were no apt available. It’s also loud, hard time sleeping due to bar next door.

The property had a good location but was a bit tired. Our room had a musty smell to it. The Balinese staff were lovely and helpful but as there were many villas it didn’t have the same personal touch as other smaller complexes we’ve stayed in. The wifi was painful constantly dropping out. A little gift was left each night on turn down which was a nice touch. Meals from the restaurant were nice enough. Overall we did enjoy our stay but would try somewhere else next time.

We stayed 4 nights at the Pavilions. The hotel location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, spas, and convenient stores nearby, which was very convenient. Despite being so close to the busy main road and the many activities there, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. In the hotel, we did not hear the busy traffic. Instead, we heard the sounds of birds chirping, leaves rustling, and water from the fountain of the private pool. Great for the mind and soul! The villa was clean. The bed and room were comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were clean and neat. The occasional mosquitoes were quite irritating though, and disturbed my wife's sleep. The WiFi signal was rather weak and erratic in the villa. We liked the private pool within the villa very much. The landscaping was nice too. The breakfast was delivered to the villa, which was awesome. The breakfast selection was good and included both local and international dishes. We found the breakfast delicious. The quantity was more than adequate. We enjoyed having breakfast in the villa, next to the pool. A great way to start the day! The staff were polite, cheerful, and helpful, and provided great service. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose the Pavilions if we visit Bali in the future.

5 night stay - Highly recommend
We had a fantastic 5 night stay at The Pavillions. The staff were so lovely especially the staff at breakfast time. We had a pool villa - this was way better and bigger than we expected. Delighted with the villa and pool. Breakfast was great everyday. We also ate at the hotel twice for dinner and several times for lunch. Food at the main pool was great - we also ordered to our villa which was handy. Spa was lovely. Had a great massage and facial - staff again were really lovely. So friendly. The hotel feels like a tucked away paradise - all so relaxed. Location was perfect for us. The hotel provide a free taxi/driver to their sunloungers on the beach or it is a 10-15 minute walk. Tucked off the main street with bars and restaurants. A great mix - feels secluded but actually has everything on your doorstep. Great value for money. We looked at other hotels nearby such as the Maya and Artotel which we ate in for lunch during our time in Sanur but really glad we chose to stay at The Pavillions - feels much more intimate and traditional.

Lovely villas
Lovely villa complex in a beautiful setting in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful and smiley. Lovely to have our own villa with a pool especially with a baby. We stayed in a honeymoon villa. The only criticism I would make was that the decor was quite dull and dated. In Bali you expect to see beautiful furniture, intricate wood carvings and beautiful artwork but, other than a nice water feature at the pool and an interesting bathroom, the villa was a bit bland.

Great stay at the pavilions!
The Pavilions were truly amazing. The staff can not do enough for you. We stayed in the honeymoon pool villa and were waited on all day with food being delivered to the villa. Local area is lively with plenty of bars and beach side restaurants. Free shuttle bus to the beach is great, although it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

Great location
The major disappointment was that the villa we stayed in, described as the honeymoon suite, was in fact quite tired, certainly in need of refurbishment and most annoyingly the bedroom was up a very tight spiral staircase. The location of the hotel was for us, perfect. The grounds are well kept and very quiet, the staff are lovely.

Joyous honeymoon stay

A bit of paradise in paradise.
What a pleasant surprise this place was. Clean, beautiful, a real Bali experience! You are in the heart of Sanur but the property is so private that you can’t even hear traffic. The staff is pleasant and always ready to help. The free breakfast in your room was delicious. We stayed in other villas in Sanur but none compared to the Pavilions.

Brilliantly quiet and yet just a short walk up the drive to a host of restaurant, bars and other shops. Pool in our two bed villa was massive and breakfast in villa was brilliant. Hotel pool was quiet as every had their own pool. Villa has own sunbeds on beach and will drive you down. Air con was very quiet in room. Little kitchen and fridge allowed storage of cold drinks. Not sure that Sanur is the nicest spot in Bali, but we just chilled by our pool most of the time. All in all very good value.

What a gem
I stay in 50 hotels every year and have for a long time. This is not the most lavish hotel, but it is certainly one of the nicest. They call the rooms villas and they really are. Everything is completely private. i picked this hotel randomly as a place to stay for my mountain bike adventure in Bali's volcanoes. The hotel turned out to be almost as good as the biking. One of my top picks ever.

タンブリンガン通より陸側ながら特筆すべきヴィラ
これまでサヌールではビーチ沿いのホテルに泊まってきたが今回は敢えてタンブリンガン通よりも内陸のホテルにしてみた。ビーチ沿いの歩道をお散歩するのがサヌールでの一番の楽しみなのだが施設とコスパを考え冒険してみたが、結局はこれが正解。今回はなぜかアップグレードしてもらってとってもいいお部屋、結局お部屋でノンビリダラリん。メインプールもほぼ貸切でノンビリムードが蔓延している。大活況のレギャンから来ただけにサヌールは大丈夫かと思うくらいノンビリであるが、ここはこれが特色なのかも。ビーチへは向かいのガゼボを通り抜けるとすぐ。こことガゼボを比較してはいけないが、ここが超高級にみえてしまうのは致し方のないところか。スタッフも一流どころを揃えておりこの価格でこの設備なら再訪したいところ。

Beautiful relaxing hotel
This is a small, beautiful gem of a hotel in busy Bali. Going down the long driveway to the pleasant lobby and leaving the traffic and bustle behind is just the beginning. Our villa was true villa, a completely separate space with our own pool, garden, living area, bedroom and bath, with separate outside shower, all completely private and strategically hidden from view from the nearby villas. The service was perfect, quick, complete and friendly. There's nothing to make you feel like royalty that getting breakfast served to you each morning, or ordering a drink from the bar by phone and having it delivered to you at you private pool. It was a fantastic way to end our trip. Dinner in the outside restaurant has fantastic.
