Royale villa met zwembad (8 x 4 meter) Goed verzorgd ontbijt en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Voor de villacoordinator Dika was geen moeite teveel. De villa bevindt zich op zo’n 200 meter van het strand en kent een karakteristieke Indonesische uitstraling

Var på bröllopsresa och stannade på dampati i 3 veckor, fantastisk service och bra beligenhet. Fick ha en hel villa själva då vi sa att vi hade bröllopsresa och fick massa bra hjälp att hitta chaufförer och bra utflyckter! Extra tack till Dodik i receptionen👌

タオルが洗ってはあるが汚い。プールが汚くゴミだらけで使用できない。二日目に水が出ず修理に時間がかかり、困りました。

Great location. Walk to beach, shops, restaurants . Taxis at the front door if you need them. Villas are large in size with everything you need. They are not brand new, but kept clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Family celebration

Visited for a family celebration. Staff were super attentive to our needs. The place is a little dated but was made up for by the ambience, super close location to Sanur beach, restaurants and bars. Cooked breakfasts included which is also a bonus.

Good sized villa for a reasonable price

Great location & large sized villa. Looking a little shabby in places though & could do with a lick of paint. A few niggles for our stay: The front door lock was broken so they replaced the lock with a padlock but you could see through the front door as it didn't close properly.not great for on a night or when we were out. Staff not always on reception, I helped myself to my keys without being challenged.anyone could have walked in through reception and helped themselves. The mosquitoes where really bad in the villa, we had to ask the hotel to respray as we were eaten alive.( which they did) Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, watering down the orange juice some days felt a bit mean... Only had 2 loungers for 4 of us until the last day. All in all it was ok, really nice sized pool ,staff friendly and helpful and a big villa for a good price.

They told me they would have a box breakfast delivered but nobody was there on the property early morning to provide it. They also charge 3 times too much for airport pick up. Arrange for your own driver. It’s in a good location, a block from the beach & the villas are beautiful

スリーベッドルームヴィラに宿泊。３組でキッチンやプールを共有しますが、初日は私達だけで、二日目に欧米系の家族がチェックインしましたが、時間がかち合うことはなく、プライベート感はありました。ビーチに徒歩一分ほどで近く、ビーチ沿いも洒落たレストランが沢山あり、小さなコンビニもあり立地は便利です。ビーチは砂も白く遠浅できれいです。レンタルサイクルでサヌールのショッピングエリアにも行けます。何よりクタやレギャンと違って静かでゆったり過ごせるのが最高です。朝食も部屋で取れますし、コスパは最高のヴィラです。一階の部屋をオススメします。また利用したいと思います。

Amazing service but in need of a renovation

I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (all villas are three bedroom but they lock the additional bedroom(s) depending on how many rooms you've booked) with my wife, three year old and six month old for one week. We had some of the best service we've ever had and the staff even shuttled us to the supermarket and restaurants on several occasions for free - very much appreciated with young children. Nice pool and excellent location to the beach and many beachside restaurants. Note however, that the villas in this resort are in need of a serious upgrade. I'd suggest the owners start will new towels, bath mats, hand towels, bed linen, curtains and upholstery on the furnishing (some are very thread bare) as this would make a big difference. Some locks on the doors were also not secure so may be a concern for some people, especially with young children.

Tranquil Space, handy for everywhere

Our villa had a private pool, covered outdoor sitting room, indoor dining room and a basic kitchen (but we only needed the fridge!). It felt peaceful and secluded within the walled compound, but it was less than 5 minutes walk in one direction to the beach, and a whole street of restaurants/bars, shops, spas and the market were the same distance in the other direction. The staff were very helpful, and, aside from delivering our choice of breakfast every day, arranged airport transfers and transport to various other destinations. A special mention should be made of Dika, the manager, for his attention to a smooth and enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and reception had staff available at all times.

Villa in Sanur

This was our last stop in Bali before coming home. It was a nice surprise to stay in such a beautiful place by the beach at such an amazing price. We had an upstairs neighbor that we never saw. Breakfast was brought to us each morning in the dining room. Great service, very clean, we enjoyed having the place all to ourselves on the last day. The location was great, right by the beach and plenty of restaurants.

1　スタッフ 　親近感があり、親切。特にフロント 2　 部屋 　建物の経年劣化と供に、設備も古くはなっているが、清掃ひきちんとされていて、快適にすごせた。 3　プライベートプール 　朝9時頃から夜8時頃まで、放水されていて水はとてもキレイ。ただ水温が午前中は低い。実際入ってみると、以外に広い。 　タオルは残念だが、ふかふかではなく、使い込んだ感があり、ザラザラ。 4　朝食 　3種類の中から選択する。 　ボリュームはあるが、内容は毎日ほぼ同一で、飽きるかも。 ※静かに、気持ちよく過ごせるvillaでした。

Villa oli kodikas ja rauhallinen sijainti. Yöt nukkuimme hyvin. Villa on korjauksen tarpeessa mutta se ei haitannut meitä. Päivittäinen siivous kuuluu, mutta se on enimmäkseen vuoteiden petausta ja pyyhkeiden vaihtoa. Pyysimme vessan, lattiapintojen ja pöytätasojen ylimääräistä pesua. Sekä uima-altaan pesua. Kaikki pyynnöt suoritettiin välittömästi. Dampat palvelualttius on hyvä. Sijainti vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja ruokapaikoista. Tykkäsimme!

Nice hotel close to beach and other restaurants

Villa is in dire need of upgrade. Everything tired and most things need fixing or replacing. Towels no longer white and some threadbare. Most uncomfortable bed I have slept in ever. Plug in bath broken, shower full of scale. Electric plug in bathroom loose in the wall and hairdryer "hook" to hang hairdryer on missing. Lace around bed for Mosquito protection dirty and touching floor. I could go on and on, but that is enough. On the plus side the pool was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and when the air conditioner in the room stopped working, they had it fixed within the hour. When TV and electricity went off they had that fixed in a couple of hours as well. The WiFi was adequate for our needs as was the breakfast. Some morning the breakfast was better than others, but staff always willing to rectify anything that was wrong. eg. Toast or forgot milk ect. Ideal place for a few nights with friends as there are 3 rooms in the villa and we only used one.
