「We have stayed at this property many times in the last 5 years. Last year when we visited we learned that it was under new ownership. They are doing a lot of renovations to the property, but the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. 」

「I have stayed in multiple of hotels due to travel ball in this area. This trip was one of the best experiences. The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly and will definitely be staying in the future while in West Tennessee. 」

「I guess "you get what you pay for" sums it up. Room was not clean. TV didnt work. A staff member did get it working, but it quit again after 2 hours. Continental breakfast was very minimal. Noisy at night with people coming and going all night. Homeless peolle on the edge of the property. Staff was hard to understand. But, it was cheap!」

「The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us...
