「Excellent white glove service. Little touches. Friendly staff who become your best friends. While waiting on a comfortable lobby seat, a barman brought me a glass of water, just because I was there without a drink. I love it. 」

「Hotel is in a convenient location. The room was spacious. Reception staff was very helpful. Seeing that the 3rd bed was not there, he immediately brought it for us.」

「Blev lovet værelse med bad, hvilke ikke skete. Hotellet er hyggeligt, men noget mere slidt end forventet. Toilet var defekt, lamper blinkede og man skulle kravle rundt for at slukke lyset forskellige steder i gulvhøjde. Super dejlig seng med masser af puder. Morgenmad nogenlunde, men tangere til kedelig. Morgenmadspersonalet virkede fraværende og stresset. Absolut ikke servicemindet især sidste dag.」

「11點多抵達讓我提前入住真是太讚了👍 分配到1樓靠近馬路的房間，夜晚和清晨會有點吵鬧，公共廚房很小常要等待，部份房客使用後清潔不佳，除此之外一切美好」

「Breakfast was great. Enough options for most people. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the central train station and close to most attractions an shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. 」

「The hotel location is wonderful, can be reached in 10 mins, a walkable distance. The hotel view is wonderful. I can see the Street Food court right in front of teh window. It is a good lace to go and have a lot of choices there. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They told me everything I need during the visit. Introduced the places around the hotel that I can explore. It is very good to me. One thing I need to bring up is the "cushion" between the bed and the desk. I have no...
