"Clean and modern room with good accessibility to metro."

"There were always not enough bath towels for the four of us. There was one day the staff failed to help clean up the room and clear the rubbish despite our request. There was also security issue as another stayer could open our room (with us inside all startled) with a spare key card she obtained from the reception. "

"酒店鄰近地鐵站，步行距離3分鐘，非常方便。可以用帶有paywave功能的信用卡，直接拍卡入閘及出閘。票也不用買便可憑信用卡入閘，由此站出發往central station大概 EUR 2.1，當然可以選擇其他類型的票，例如日票。 4個站便到central station，大概15分鐘以內。出車箱後，從電梯往地面層，可直接步行往 eurostar 及火車的入閘口，大概一分鐘，交通非常方便。 比較其他鄰近Central station的酒店，這間酒店非常新。但內部設計風格，可能並非每個人都能接受。 房間大小合理，我住的房型有長走廊，比較浪費位置，但可在這裏放行李箱。枕頭床鋪非常舒服，房間內有茶包和咖啡膠囊沖機，也有瓶裝水。房內燈光不是燈火通明那種，但也不算太昏暗。 掛衫櫃比較細。浴室非常寬敞，但可惜掛毛巾衣服的地方不多，只有兩個細小的勾，有點浪費，想掛毛巾也很困難。另外，淋浴間沒有浴簾和浴屏，水會四圍淺，建議酒店要加裝，免得弄至整個浴室地下都是水。 早餐質素非常高，有點貴，但推薦。有鮮榨橙汁機。火腿、芝士等冷盤非常新鮮。乳酪也很新鮮美味。Waffle 好吃，有很多醬料提供。也可以自製三文治。但如果喜歡吃粥粉麵飯，便未必適合。 酒店位於24樓的餐廳，值得一試，雖然有點貴，但質素極高，有驚喜。我們叫了個羊架和阿根廷steak，烹調得剛剛好，甜品也很出色。建議如有興趣，要先預訂。 check in 的時候會有一張8折卡，可於住宿期間使用一次。 酒店員工服務態度值得一讚，積極有活力，他們沒有因為亞洲人面孔而冷待。有一天，因為有day trip，需要很早出發，餐廳職員非常幫忙，給我們外帶一點東西和飲品. 特別感謝前台員工Francesco的積極幫忙，令到這次入住更感高興"

"The hotel is tidy, clean and location is easy to access. Its just 3-5mins walk to tram and metro station. The only disadvantage is the charger in room is not enough, no usb charger, and ensure you bring adaptor or you have to purchase an adopt to charge for all your electricity devices."
