「Very unfriendly staff. The first room was extremely noisy. So much so it sounded like the Mann going to the bathroom in his room was using our room's bathroom . We asked to move rooms because we couldn't sleep, so they downgraded our room and sent us up to an uncleaned room. 「This hotel is simply fantastic. The staff are super helpful, kind and attentive and they were able to accommodate our needs with no issues and no hesitation. The room is very nice, spacious and comfortable, bed is cozy and the balcony is beautiful. Breakfast was quite generous and again the staff was great. We were super happy with this place and we will be coming back again every year and whenever we're traveling through Tarragona.」
