"The floors and bathroom were physically dirty. Like boot prints on the floor . Crumbs, and debris. ROACHES. But the safe was kind and I appreciate kindness. Just hire better housekeepers that actually MOP and scrub, instead of just change linens and make the bed."

"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "
