Clean, comfortable and convenient location, but dated and in need of refurbishment. Staff are pleasant and try to be helpful but don't see the obvious. Good value for money so no real complaints but don't expect anything close to 5 star.

Room was clean, big but we had a lot of issues, eg too cold in the room, no hot water for shower, electricity went out for a few hours. However, the Staff were all very friendly, professional, and prompt in attending to all the issues, and rectifying them quickly.
