When I booked this property, it had 9+ rating but this turned out misleading to me. Rooms were not clean and they needed serious renovation. First few days, I got good food, but later the quality also degraded.

when we arrived, there was no room available. The staffstruggled to locate the booking. they asked us to shift to another hotel nearby, which i refused since i was travelling with family at odd hours. in the hurry, they offered us a semi prepared room which was the only option available. Really disappointed.

Its a scam 2 properties with different names one is prithvi palace and one is this. there is no difference in property and on this name they are charging double the price no difference at all. Even tried expedia help center for support no was helpful at all worst experience using this platform expedia will never use this again customer support is also not worth at all keep all playing on email its been 7 days still nothing has done how someone can post same property with different names and different addresses its not legal at all

It's a really best option if you are looking for an affordable and safe place to stay, totally hygienic. Staff was really welcoming and good! Overall amazing experience! Food is also yum.

The location of the hotel is just near the airport. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Mahipalpur area. The staff is very co-operative. Breakfast was also nice.

From start to finish was worst experience in a hotel. Delayed check in despite staff knowing we were with young children arrived 4pm still had to wait 40 mins for room to be prepared. Room service 1hr 30 wait despite 3 calls to them and reception staff were terrible and rude in responding to request simple as towels and toilet paper even. Suggest avoid and Expedia need to take action to stop promoting this appalling hotel.

Arriviamo in struttura e ci viene detto da quello che lavora alla reception scortesemente che dovevamo aspettare 30 minuti per il check in. Mia moglie prova ad andare in bagno e tornando indietro mi dice che il bagno e terribile, sporco e puzza da morire. Provo a rassicurarla dicendole dai la camera andrà meglio. Dopo trenta minuti torniamo alla reception, dopo una decina di minuti che non riceviamo risposta ci degna di un paio di parole e ci dice che ci mettono in altro hotel. Proviamo a seguire l'uomo della sicurezza a piedi ad una cinquantina di metri ecco l'altro hotel che si chiama oxmo. Alla apparenza sembra un po' meglio almeno la hall. Anche qui la signora che ci riceve di gentile ha poco, non ci viene spiegato nulla e ci viene assegnata la camera. La camera e' sporca, le lenzuola, i cuscini, il bagno... Ecco il bagno merita qualche parola in più: se fai la doccia lo allaghi e devo sperare che l'acqua non entri in camera, e presenta una finestrotta che non si capisce dove porta ma sicuro a qualcuno che fuma con l'odore di sigaretta che ti entra in camera. Per ultimo la colazione, qui c'è poco da dire come quello che servono.
