I stay overnight to catch an early morning flight. The pickup at the airport and drop off was spot on. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and pleasant.

After searching a lot of hotels in Delhi I came across this one. I was a bit skeptic considering most hotels in Delhi have fake photos and so on. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to how good this hotel was. I had a flight next day to catch from airport hence I chose this hotel. The hotel was super clean, the room was big, clean, clean bathroom, clean towels and bed sheets. The hotel staff was cooperative and was available to help whenever needed and on request. In all it was a much better experience than I expected. The photos shown are exactly how the room is and the cleanliness is good. The surroundings of hotel are also good and easy access for uber or taxi to airport. Several restaurants around and hotel has a restaurant for room service also.

Lives up to name

Book this hotel with confidence,glad I did . Clean rooms, hot water great location, professional friendly service. I have previously stayed at the holiday inn ,but this was equally good, if not better due to helpful quality of the staff , they genuinely treat you like a valued customer.Special thanks to the reception team who quickly reassured my family that we had checked out of the hotel when they (my family) were unable to contact me .

Excellent staff at check in. He guaranteed 100% that it would be a quiet room. And it was. Only downside was the room wasn’t properly prepared. Not 1 sheet of toilet paper nor towels or water. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area

Front desk is a little hot and cold in professional assistance, depending on who is at the desk. Nice young men working the edges and the restaurant, which has pretty good food. Nothing exciting about the neighborhood, except close to the airport. For the price, still a pretty good choice.

Air conditioner worked but with loud noise. Front desk staff gteeted me like an enemy. No smile at all. Few guys stirring at me as if I landed from Mars. The boys who cleaned the room seemed to be nice. The airport was 10 minutes drive and I heard that the price would be 300 rupees but the hotel front desk asked 500 rupees and the driver asked 100 rupees tip and all together I paid 600 rupees. The hotel guys were so nosy and asked several questions. Kind of scary. Can't complain about the room. It was very small but the price I paid was so cheap. So I can't expect more. The bedsheet was clean and the towels were also clean. Not bad for a single man to stay for a night but it is not recommended for family with kids.

I was just here for 8 hours before a flight home. The hotel is in a rough area. I wouldn’t walk here a night. Once inside it was ok. Staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. However there were no towels in the room so I had to call the desk. They brought them right up. Also I couldn’t get any hot water. Turns out there’s a breaker on the wall that you have to turn in to get the water heated. Who knew? I did get what I needed for a cheap price. So it was ok.

Two things good about this hotel , big clean rooms and near hotel. Otherwise dont stay here, banging of doors all night, elevator with music all night, and you vant go out in the evening , too many crooks and beggers in this street

Not a great stay for family.

Bedsheets with stains. Shower broken. Took time to get hot water. Terrible food from the restaurant. Hotel is on a tight street.

I don’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on it. The pillow cases were dirty I felt so uncomfortable sleeping. When I checked in I wasn’t given a room key but the porter who took my luggage upstairs had a key and one key card was in the room the give me acccess to light etc. when I checked out the receptionist was rude because I didn’t have a room key on me. Overall their attitude isn’t not great.
