1. Room (overall) = 2/5
2. Staff = 2/5 (I was Bangladeshi. And our receipting staff was rascist as well as extremist.)
3. Environment of the room = 2/5 (odor of cigarette was inside the room)

The room was in horrible condition. Stains on the bed, floors were visibly dirty, no toilet papers, toilet had liquid all over it, not sanitized, dust on the furniture and wallpaper was falling apart,AC was not working
We checked out, couldn’t stay there, it wasn’t hygienic, totally disgusting.
I need you to refund me and pay for my alternate hotel stay
