Worst hotel experience of my life 😢

First this hotel is not JP Palace is JET FOX as you can see in the picture. Very filthy sheets, pillow as you can see pillow picture. When I asked them to change pillow cover and sheets they brought wet sheets. Rugs were dirty. Bath room was not clean. Just: Never stay in this hotel my advice take it or leave it.

Terrible and deceptive hotel.

First of all the address on the reservation didn’t exist. Also when my uber driver called the hotel, they gave him directions to a very scary plain a dark alley with a different hotel name. They advertised as a 4 star hotel and it wasn’t even 1 star. I was really disappointed. I didn’t check in and left the hotel and found another hotel.

Las fotografías no corresponden a la realidad y estado del hotel, reservamos 3 noches y como la primera llegamos muy tarde no quedo otra que dormir ahí, pero al dia siguiente nos fuimos!! Insrctos en la cama, cucaracha en mi shampoo.. imposible descansar y mucho menos disfrutar.

Terrible experience.

One of the worst hotel experiences during my stay in India. Firstly, the reception was rude and coughed twice on me. Their card machine did not work or accept international cards. The building is tired and not well secure. It is not a four star/ upmarket hotel. At night it was very noisy (I suspected that there was some kind of party/ gathering of the people that worked there). Location is convenient. There was not a window in my overlooking the city. No water offered. Cardboard covering one of the windows and a broken toilet seat. Photos of the hotel are misleading.

The staff service was terrible. The person who received the call from me was not at all professional. I was not able to stay there because of before reaching there I just want to confirm the location as the location mentioned in the website was not too accurate and it was morning 4.30 AM. I called them to check the address as well as to know whether they have any airport pick-up facility available. The person picked the call from me disconnect the call after few seconds of talk and then intentionally did not pick the call afterwards. I tried calling them 100 times without any answer. I booked the hotel through expedia and just to get the hotel immediately (as my fligt got canceled and rescheduled) I booked for 2 days and due to the pathetic staff response over the call, I decided not to stay there and arranged another hotel by myself. Even if I have not stayed there due to their poor customer service, when I asked for refund through expedia they are not providing refund saying they don't have cancelation policy. This is so pathetic service...

I was given this hotel at the last minute because my previous reserved hotel did not exist. I did not had the choice because it was late night. I do not Expedia has good hotel back ground check done in india. This is a terrible experience. At lease once I found out that the hotel did not exist Expedia could have given me a better hotel and could have asked me more money. The hotel that was given to me was not a good one for a family.
