「Nice newer property. Good location. Staff very helpful.」

「We had no hot water in the bathroom sink, we reported it and it was quickly fixed. We had a really good stay, as usual. Thank you.」

「Great stat」

「Good location. Hotel old and overpriced.」

「The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington.

「Wonderful hotel and everyone was helpful and friendly!」

「Great stay.」

「A+」

「We were in Wilmington for my husband’s surgery. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic with a smile to boot!!」

「The first time that I stayed at this hotel last year, everything was excellent. This time when I stayed for most of our stay, the water in the bathroom was not even hot. It was barely lukewarm. I told the staff member about the water not being hot, and she told me that maintenance left at twelve. Noon, on a saturday of all days. I don't know if I will use this hotel again. Cause no one likes to take a cold shower when it is cool outside.」
