"Initially during check-in, the experience was good. But at night around 10:00lm, the AC stopped blowing cold air; my husband called the front desk for it to be checked out and posibly repaired, my husband was told some one was coming. Up until 5:00am during exiting the hotel, no one showed up to repair the Air Conditioning. The room was very hot, the lobby sitting area had mosquitoes during the night. We did not expect such from this reputable hotel. Greetings,"

"This hotel is top notch in that city. It’s very clean, the rooms are spacious, the services are beyond expectation in that city. It’s not too far from the main road, easy accessibility to other things of interest as most amenities are in the building, such as, a clean pool, great restaurant, mini shops, spa in the building etc. and the security too is very great. The entire building is beautiful and the pictures do not give justice to the actual building or rooms themselves, it looks better in person than what the pictures portray. I am looking forward to staying here anytime I am in the country or area as it’s the best I have been in since I have been in the area. "I didn't find anything positive except for the location. The WiFi didn't work at all. This is a very old building whose owners joined the Ibis chain a few years ago."
