Must nominate Dawn the receptionist as being especially helpful when we were stranded due to the ferry being cancelled - she found us space in the same rooms again - result! "This was a pleasant cottage with parking in front. It was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable.It was five minutes from a co-op food shop which opens seven days a week 7 am to 10 pm. Almost opposite the bus station and a two minute walk to the ferry. Bike hire is available in Stromness. ..."
