"We had a great time at this hotel. It was me and my 3 kids under 10. We used the waterpark multiple times. It was great, but could have been cleaner. Nothing very dirty- you can just tell it's a well used amenity. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was awesome. Housekeeping came and gave us fresh towels and took our trash each day which is always appreciated. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. If we ever find ourselves in Madison, we would stay again!"

"Clean rooms, nice place with friendly staff. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where breakfast was an additional charge, but .. it was pretty good, with a nice selection. The sofa in the Suite I stayed in, was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice. Disappointed in the pool being so COLD! I went down for a swim, and only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes, it was much too cold to enjoy. Ended up going back to the room and taking a hot shower, to warm back up! No hot tub either. Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5. Thanks"
