「We stayed at the motel 6 due to a sick family member the location is perfect for getting downtown Toronto there's a Kelseys very cose by so we had an option for dinners 」

「Liked that it was clean. Did not like the small amount of towels and face clothes provided and daily prompt replacement even when initially asked. Asking for these things should not be necessary. Did not like the limited tv service or the noise from other clients or music that seemed to be prevalent out in the hallway during our stay.」

「It was just a quick over night! I understand about eliminating plastic from our environment but wooden “silverware”! I find that a but extreme but maybe it’s more a Canadian thing than something this hotel chain is taking! We came down late for breakfast but the staff was so helpful. Although we may never stay at this particular inn again we do stay at a lot if your other locations.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay and only a five minute Uber to the spa. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The only items we wished we had more of would be dishwater and coffee cups, wine glasses etc. 」

「This is a scam company. They don’t have any customer care. They just want to steal your money. It’s easy to find out that someone has already moved into the house you booked. They will find a reason to throw you far away. However, After you go there, you find that there are still people living in that house. They won't refund you yet, they are a scam company!」

「We were selling our house so needed somewhere to stay for a week during showings. This place is clearly a short term rental run by slum lords. It was FILTHY. There were mouse droppings, spider webs, dead bugs, unknown fluids on the furniture, dead mice in traps in the kitchen and the floors were so dirty my daughter's hands and feet were black from crawling on them. We left and were promised a refund because of the conditions - well it's 2 months later and Carol the "manager" is still making up...
