「Second year I stayed because of the price so as cheap hotels go, I'm glad it is there. I've certainly stayed in far worse for the same price. Both years, different rooms, the toilet seat was held on my only one screw so it swung sideways. The juice machine was put of order all three days and it implies that perhaps they're saving money by not offering juice with there breakfast. Coffee was very good. Rooms were ok. 「This hotel has lots of parking and has some outdoor seating. Great lobby with lots of seating areas for lounging or having your breakfast. The rooms are very nice, clean and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is included which is great. Very good pricing as well. The staff is excellent and very responsive. 「I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests.
