「The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.」

「Great stay even if for one night. Breakfast was a bonus. The spa amenities and pool are open until 9:30 pm so that was great to do before retiring for the night.」

「Kleine und feine Unterkunft mitten in der Tatra. Von hier aus ist vieles ohne Zuhilfenahme von Verkehrsmitteln zu erwandern. Der Ort bietet einige sehr gute Restaurants.」

「Nice hotel in very good location if you using public transport. 5min from train station and ski slopes. Great choice of restaurants around. Breakfast was good for the price, just a shame that they don't have restaurant for the evening meal. Very nice and helpful staff, helped us to get a taxi to airport for 6 people.」

「We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

「Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.」

「Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Finom volt a reggeli, a szoba tágas,az ágyak kényelmesek voltak.Szuper a szálloda melletti étterem is.」

「We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...

「Postele na izbe absolútne nevyhovujúce,matrace sa rozchádzali.Žiadali sme detskú postieľku, lenže nám bolo povedané, že už žiaľ nemajú... Tam to skončilo. Dieťa muselo spať medzi nami.... Pričom medzi matracmi sa neustále robila diera.Chýbali maličkosti ako papuče, župan, obuvák či pero s ktorým by ste mohli na papierik zaznačiť čo z minibaru ste konzumovali. 」
