「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「The room was absolutely delightful. The shower room & bathroom were spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water.
The tea tray also had a couple of packets of biscuits. I liked the fact that I could switch the radiator off at night. The window also opened.
The bed was comfortable. I will return.」

「The room was ok but had some red dye dripped down radiator.morning staff were useless two girls chatting instead of working and no breakfast was replaced so waiting over 30 min for food and then no other items of food left
