「The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The room was spacious and nicely furnished except for the sofa which had a tear on one arm. The advertised free breakfast was not provided perhaps not surprising as I was the only guest there. The manager was very helpful in setting up a sightseeing tour for me. 」

「The pool is not for children. It's basically 5ft deep end to end. I asked if they could drain out 1.5 ft of water since NO ONE used the pool for our entire time there. I have 4 small children with me and was looking forward to the onsite pool, of course the request was denied. Other than that nice location and wonderful staff, except the one that clearly does not know the hotel offers roll away beds and told me they have no such accommodation amenity. Three days later I get a knock at my door ...
