「Genel anlamda otel iyiydi. Personel kibar ve güleryüzlü. Kokteyl Bar Neoman yanında olan çok başarılıydı. The Bar da yine aynı özellikle Zeynep hanım çok güzel karşıladı bizi her akşam. Tao daha iyi olabilir sadece bir iki yemek haricinde Çin mutfağı tadını vermedi. Ana Büfe çeşitlilik ve lezzet bakımından çok iyiydi. Pastanedeki ürünler çok kaliteli görünmesine rağmen tad bakımından çok zayıf kalmış. Ancak yeniden belirtmek isterim Otel’den genel anlamda mutlu ayrıldık. 」

「The best hotel/resort we've stayed in. Staff we're not over friendly to beg for tips and while it was busy, not over crowded. The location is stunning, in the bay with multiple beaches. We're definitely coming back.」

「酒店让我感觉自己像个坏人，保安陪着办理入住手续，进出要检查房间卡，到车里拿衣服，保安就在旁边看着。退房没人来帮忙拿行李，自己拿进汽车，但有工作人员来问我房间号码！酒店音乐一直持续到半夜，噪音让我无法入睡！」

「It was a really out of our expectation hotel. Excellent, hospitality, and view is wonderful. Room is clean and as the same as photo. We have a car can park next to pier without fee. The host is always ready to answer your question and prompt reply. Easily to arrange a jetty boat to go and come back. It was pity that the weather was cold I cannot swim in the sea and the pool. Otherwise, it would be very wonderful!!! I love their dogs and they are really kind. 」

「Great location and sea view. There's a small pool inside. Room's quite small unfortunately and the downstair rooms are so dark with limited sunshine.」

「Beach access/garden was brilliant, services and buffets in both restaurant and bars excellent. Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed.」

「Otelin temizliği için kendilerini tebrik etmek isterim. Çok özenle temizlendiği ve minik detayların bile ev temizliğinde olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Kahvaltı da beklentinin çok çok üzerinde, özenle hazırlanmış yine detaylara önem verilmiş. Kendilerine, personele güler yüzleri ve ilgileri için de çok teşekkür ederim」
