"Unfriendly staff. No greeting upon arrival, only stares. Concierge on cell phone ignoring me. Inept reception. Slow checkin. Amenities in room were missing. No coffee, no bathrobes. Leaky shower onto floor, two lights inoperable. Indifferent attitude on checkout when I complained. Room was overpriced, $400+ USD per day. Bad choice."
