「This is a tranquil property on the St. John's river. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking at night across the river and watching the light change at sunrise from the balcony over coffee. 「There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. 「My wife and I were staying here for our sons wedding. I couldn't ask for a better weekend. The hotel was very convenient to everything. We were in walking distance to the wedding and reception hall. Also 1 block away from several breweries and places for live music. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The hotel had a restaurant of its own. It served breakfast and dinner. There also was bar/lounge in the hotel that had jazz type music. We stayed in the suite. It was newly done and...

「Two of my friends didn't know what kind of bite they had on them the night they stayed! Sound insulation is not good either. Anther thing that I‘d like to say is about when we checked into the room, there was only a box with little bit tissue left in the room. Late when we used some then ran out of that tissue and I went to the front desk and asked for a box, and the stuff told me to go to the restaurant across the front desk.」
