「I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. The bathroom was so dark it was very difficult to apply or remove makeup - better lighting is essential. It was also noisy late at night on the street frontage sides of the hotel. 「Mooie en bijzondere locatie voor een hotel. Zeker het deel waar de cellen nog zichtbaar zijn is prachtig. We hebben geslapen in de suite, een heerlijk ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was zeer compleet en goed verzorgd. Helaas konden we niet de gevangenis rondleiding volgen die door Fletcher wordt aangeboden. 」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...
