"This is a nice hotel in the centre of De Koog, not too expensive. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom also spacious and there is good light above the mirror. The shower is good. There is a nice restaurant attached with excellent food. My only negative is that the bed was sagging in the middle, not so comfortable."

"A nice stay. Good sized clean room but bathroom was a little disappointing and old fashioned, but is not a huge problem. Staff very nice. Parking excellent . Breakfast was good. Pool is excellent. Area around is really nice and the beach is very lovely. Very safe area. Great place for walking and running. Another highlight was the resident parrot - so cute. Thank you to the staff. My son left his iPad laying around which was handed in and reception held on to it for him. Would stay again. "

"Super clean, and some of the friendliest and obliging staff I've encountered on any trip. Can't comment of food as we didn't eat there, but would certainly recommend. Only thing I'd say is that it isn't a 5 min walk from the harbour - more like 15 mins - but you walk the length of the main stret so you get your bearings early on. "

"I stayed here with a group of 8 friends on a cycling tour of The Netherlands. This was the favourite hotel of everyone. From the moment we arrived until the time of our departure we really felt like guests in someone's home. Nancy and her team did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome. Creeks with salt water flow right through the area and a northwest storm can flood the entire reserve. Only plants that tolerate salt water can grow here. "diner was heel erg goed. Kamer was schoon tot je wat beter kijkt, achter de TV veel stof, toilet wordt even snel schoongemaakt maar ruikt niet fris. Veel geluid van de etage boven de kamer. De receptie was niet bereikbaar na 23:00 uur ook niet telefonisch zelfs niet als je aangeeft dat het Nood is! De tablet in de kamer funtioneerd niet, gaat wel aan maar de welkom toets werkt niet. Als je de TV aanzet staat er een naam van een eerdere bezoeker."
