"The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation."

"Enjoyed our stay. Property was as pictured. Loved they had box fans in both rooms. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity. We were able to find free parking on the street in front of the property.
