"The hardware of the hotel is good, unexpectedly you can find a smart hotel in Miskolc. However, I requested room makeup through the system at 11am, it was not cleaned when I returned at 4pm and the house keeper then just come and took the garbage. A great stay for a family
"We loved our stay at the hotel, the room was great and clean with good air condition. Food was amazing both breakfast and the dinner. They had some great events like face painting and mini disco that our daughter loved."
