「Owen the front desk clerk was awesome! Although, i was given the wrong cards to enter my room. When I opened my room to 112 I was greeted with a who are you! So back down to the font desk I went. Owen apologized and said it was another workers fault. So Owen gave us a room on the 4th floor. Now whoever is the custodian needs to be fired. This room was as filthy as it gets.I can provide pictures. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have checked out. Pure disgusting. I will not be back there EVER!!」

「Hotel is currently under renovations which wasn’t noted on the web site. Hotel was noisy and unclean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful letting us out of our stay and working with Expedia staff to refund us. It’s a great location just not clean. Hopefully that’s because of the renovations happening. 」

「This hotel room was so dirty and it had hair in the tub all in the bathroom on the floor. The refrigerator was broken. It didn’t keep anything cold. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I told the lady at the front desk. She’s so rude and it had her stink smell worst trip ever.」

「Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double...

「We loved staying at the Hawaii Motel. It has retained its historic charm, and is very well maintained and very clean. Highly recommend if you like retro style accommodations.」

Our room had everything we needed even though we didn’t cook … ( being able to have hot water for tea was convenient) common areas were attractively renovated both inside and jacuzzi and pool area facing beach Will definitely be returning」
