Keine 4 Sterne würdig

Am ersten Abend waren wir in der Brasserie essen. Die Karte ist italienisch und hat nichts mit einer Brasserie zu tun. Wir waren zu viert, zwei haben einen Salat vom Büffet gehabt. Kaum hatten sie den geholt, kamen auch schon zwei der vier Hauptspeisen. Also eigentlich zu früh. Nur die anderen zwei Hauptspeisen sind gar nicht gekommen. Nach zweimaliger Intervention wurden die zwei Hauptgänge dann doch noch mal nachbestellt in der Küche und dies nachdem die ersten zwei sicher schon eine Viertelstunde fertig gegessen haben. Es kam auch nie jemand nachfragen ob alles gut sei. Am zweiten Morgen wollten wir um halb Acht frühstücken. Das Brot kam dann endlich um viertel vor Acht. Als wir dann in den Skiraum wollten, war der auch noch geschlossen. Ging dann auch noch mal 5-10 Minuten bis jemand den Schlüssel gefunden hatte zum Öffnen. Am dritten Morgen war dann um halb Acht die Türe zum Frühstücksraum noch geschlossen. 5-10 Minuten später wurde sie dann geöffnet. Depot für einen Bademantel hinterlegen, dass musste ich auch noch nie. Aber das ich das Depot aktiv zurückverlangen muss wenn ich die Bademäntel zurück bringe, finde ich dann doch die Höhe.

Die beiden Restaurants waren hervorragend. Die Einrichtung ist individuell, geschmackvoll und zum Teil hochwertig. Spitzen Küche, sowohl geschmacklich als auch die kleinen Details sind gekonnt arrangiert. Beste Noten. Sehr aufmerksames freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in den Restaurants und im Hotel. Allerdings ist die Zimmerausstattung und der Zustand beklagenswert. Zusammengewürfelte Möbel, billige unbequeme Betten, überklebte Badfließen (teilweise), so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, undichte Fenster, Heizung nicht regelbar. Eine Ausnahme macht der große Flatscreen. Das ist kein 4 Sterne Niveau, bestenfalls reicht es für 1-2. Fazit: Am Gesamtpaket sollte noch gearbeitet werden, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

Kein 4 Stern Hotel

Bei der Ankunft 16.00 Uhr war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, anderen Gästen ging es auch so. Zimmer i.o. Hallenbad sehr schön. Fitnessraum eine völlige Frechheit, 1. Gerät stand dort. Das Frühstück eine echte Katastrophe für ein 4 Stern Hotel.

Reception, non una parola in italiano, staff in generale per niente disponibile. Camera vecchia con bagno, per farsi una doccia, acqua ovunque il doccione completamente rotto. La cena è stata vergognosa, scadente, neanche paragonabile a 1 stella, mi hanno cucinato un risotto completamente crudo, ho reclamato e mi hanno risposto che non erano in grado di rifarlo, mi hanno consigliato un piatto vegetariano, mi sono trovata sul piatto due patate al gratin orrende. Mia figlia di 6 anni ha chiesto il pollo che era nel menù, ci siamo trovati dei pezzetti di pollo cucinati malissimo e un riso anche questo scotto. Tutto, era immangiabile, mia figlia dopo aver pianto, si è dovuta consolare con del pane, anche qui 2 fette alla volta. Tovaglioli di carta scadenti, moquette e macchie di unto ovunque, sala freddissima. Ho reclamato, non si sono scusati. Visto che non era più possibile rimanere, ho chiesto di voler annullare il soggiorno, tutta risposta ho dovuto pagare una notte in più senza usufruirne.. Mai trovato un albergo, così scadente!!!! 4 stelle impossibile!!!

Fehlende Information bei der Rezeption. Unhöfliche Mitarbeiter. Lage des Hauses praktisch. Bar mit Livemusik das Beste am Hotel. Alles andere eher 0815.Hat für ein Vier Sterne Haus keine wünschenswerte Atmosphäre.
