"This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area. Hotel offered me free room upgrade = thank you for the surprise and generosity !! I will definitely come back again !! "

From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. "The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "
