「There were 2 draft lagers on display. Only 1 was working and within an hour the other one wasn’t working. 」

「I had. A room with a broken window no curtains just a blind which did not block out traffic noise or did the single window glaze . No room had a shower in room ,or toilet ,the shower was just 1m x1m floor space with no space for hanging clothes . I would not stay there again .」

「Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.」

「登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。」

「Nice stay, couple of the spa facilities didn’t work and it would have been nice to have the spa fires on. Food was really nice and bed was comfy.」
