"Clean room and renovation is nice"

"It's a nice hotel. I appreciate how they really take care of the hotel. The renovations really made using the elevator challenging. I have stayed in this hotel before, but I'll wait until they have finished to stay again. Also, housekeeping was persistent about cleaning my room despite having "do not disturb " on the door. The carpet had a few stains. Previously, I stayed on my birthday and the hotel went above and beyond. Can't win them all I guess."

"I arrived early and was not able to get to my room until 3 pm though I kept asking front desk, I was told the room is being cleaned. I was so tired that I need a quick rest before going out. I was not even informed that the room was ready until I checked again for the 4 th time 10 mins before 3 pm so if you are desperate for a quick rest like me, go somewhere else. This hotel is a bit far from the airport and main attractions. I used Uber and spent $60-75 US dollar just for transportation. I think this hotel is more for business travelers than leisure travelers as I asked for some tours and they do not even have it nor know any travel agency to send me. "

"Great location to main terminal. You can drop luggage off at main terminal for the airport and helps not to take it on the mrt ride to airport. Room very spacious and breakfast was good "

"Very clean and modern hotel located in a great location in Ximending. A 7 min walk to Ximen MRT station. They have water, coffee and tea an available all day in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel. "
