"Excellent location. Very close to the park. Clean hotel. Looks new. Air conditioner was very cold!! They didn’t go cheap on how low the temperature goes which is super duper good amidst the hot and humid weather in Switzerland this August. Breakfast was great! Will stay again in the future"

"Everything about this hotel was great except that the room didn’t have air conditioning or a fridge, which we knew when booking, but boy was it hot the week we were there. There was a fan in the room and we were able to open the windows, but it was so hot. All of our chocolate melted because we didn’t have a fridge and the room was so warm. Outside of that, the hotel was perfect! Check in was easy, it’s centrally located to everything and there are multiple bus stops right outside the hotel that makes it so easy to get around. It’s a short walk from Interlaken West station. Overall this property was amazing and clean!! I would stay here again, but probably not in the summer time."

"The place is amazing, staff is great and locations is perfect. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning. We spent there a weekend during the heat wave and it is brutal to sleep even with the fan provided by them."

"Our favorite hotel on a three week vacation. Perfect location to see historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and strolling by the river. Easy access to building and room. Friendly staff and gathering room was fully stocked. Would stay here again and recommending to friends traveling to Bern!"

"Nice modern hotel in a good location next to the Rosengarten. Great view from the rooftop bar over the old town and to the mountains. Friendly helpful staff. Car parking below. Nice size room with good bathroom. The bed was a little too hard for us but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely recommend."
