Das Personal / Rezeption war freundlich aber nicht besonders zuvorkommend. Es lag doch etwas Corona in der Luft. Schade, dass das Schwimmbad erst ab 9 uhr geöffnet hatte, wir schwimmen gerne vor dem Frühstück.

Not 4 stars as advertised

Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip.

Swietny hotel,baseny,niestety sauna finska w cenie jest dostepna od 14 do 15 .Za inne godziny trzeba zapłacić 80 zl. Sniadania-rewelacja !!! Duzy parking-nie ma problemu z miejscem(polowa czerwca).

Ogólna ocena bardzo dobra. Przyjechaliśmy już po 14 i mimo, że doba zaczyna się od 16 zostaliśmy zameldowani. Komfort pokoju zadawalający, może oprócz starego telewizora. Czysto, schludnie, wszystko jak należy. Strefa basenowa również na plus. Śniadanko w formie bufetu, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Jak dla mnie jedynym mankamentem był brak czajnika w pokoju (udostępniany tylko dla osób z małymi dziećmi)... kto nie funkcjonuje rano bez kawy wie o co chodzi :). Hotel praktycznie przy samej plaży.. około 3-5min wolnym spacerkiem.

Pobyt jak najbardziej udany. W hotelu cieplutko i czysciutko. Sniadania pyszne i obfite . Obiadokolacje również. Chociaż jest pyszne ciacho ale kawki brak. Spa i basen ok. Polecam!!!!

Pobyt ok. Miałem problemy związane z błędami popełnionymi przez hotels.com, dotyczącymi długości pobytu. Do hotelu dotarła rezerwacja na krótszy termin (7 dni), a ja miałem rezerwację na 10. Hotel stanął na wysokości zadania i znalazł dla mnie pokój na "dodatkowe" 3 dni, niestety musiałem dopłacić (na szczęście wynegocjowałem znaczne zmniejszenie należnej kwoty).
