"Booked the stay last minute for an Iranian friend that's been going through a tough time but immediately realized i wouldn't need the room, tried to contact the staff not even 20 minutes after booking but they were not courteous enough to do anything for the mishap, i hadn't even seen a room, and was on the hook for the whole 4 day stay. Very disappointing and very inconsiderate staff "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and room were less then clean. There was a purse bash going on that we were unaware of prior causing the parking lot, the loby to he full and loud. There was long waits for the bathroom by the pool. Hottub and main elevator were out of ordee."

"I’ve stayed here several times in the past due to its location and I was satisfied. For some reason, this time I was assigned a room configured for disabled guests. The shower was awkward to use and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. Also, the shelf below the sink was broken leaving very little room to store toiletries close to the sink. I would stay here again, but I would insist on a regular room rather than the ADA compliant room."
