The view from the rooms is exceptional. Being able to lay on bed and see the Himalayan Mountain range was the highlight. Staff were extremely helpful anf friendly. Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay and were fortinate to see the snow capped peaks most days.

Very friendly staff but not a recommended stay.

My first issue is with Expedia, which has failed me twice in a row in India. I booked this hotel through Expedia and there was absolutely no record of the reservation even though I had an Expedia number and the reservation was nonrefundable. If they didn't have any vacancies I would have been stuck for the bill. The hotel staff are incredibly nice. The hotel is not in good condition. Because of the lack of ventilation, all our items remained wet throughout our stay. We knew there wouldn't be central heating but it was pretty cold and our only option was to keep the small space heater on. Towels and linens, while washed, were completely stained with dirt or marks or other stains. There was a lot of loud construction during our stay right next door. Again, the staff were very nice. I think whoever owns the hotel is asleep at the wheel. Our water heater broke and thankfully the nice staff moved us to a nicer room (which they probably should have put us in, in the first place). Would not recommend Expedia for ANY use in India. Would not recommend this hotel for its poor accommodations. Recommend the friendly staff and good restaurant.

cold hotel

You always get what you pay for. Big issue with this hotel it has no heating in the common areas. At night it goes to 0. You get a small space heater for your room. Staff is friendly but it comes from I guess the owners.
