「The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good. 」

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. 「Okay hotel, rooms are quite spacious, some with good views of the mountains in the distance. Quite close to the centre of Darjeeling on a busy road (to be fair all roads are busy there). The room we were in was a bit damp, this side of the hotel doesn't get sunlight at this time of year (December) so in this season it remains quite humid and therefore cold (there are enough blankets that you can sleep comfortably though) throughout the night and the day. Staff was nice but also sometimes too...
