"Super amazing staff, great location, great facility"

"The best things about this Riad is the location and the staff. It is easily accessible from the street within about 2 bocks, and also few steps to the Place Jema El fna, which makes it very easy to go out for a while, go shopping, go eat, return to rest a bit or leave my things, then go out again. Also the staff was very helpful and attentive all the time. The front door is kept locked at all times, I suggest them to provide keys to the guests to get in, instead of having to ring the bell every time. The room was a bit small. The breakfast was good and big."

"We stayed at Riad Azrur for five nights and had an absolutely lovely time. The riad is stunning, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful—always available to offer advice, recommend places to visit or eat, and assist with anything we needed. He also arranged our transport to and from the airport. We had his mobile number and could contact him at any time, which made everything so easy. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend staying here."

What truly made the experience special were Naima and Asania. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable from the moment I arrived. They made me feel completely at home, always ready to help with a smile and thoughtful attention to every detail. It honestly felt like a home away from home. "What a fabulous Riad. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like family. You are served tea and pastries in the courtyard for the check in while your bags are taken to your room. We had the suite w/ terrace overlooking the courtyard which is a beautiful room. The entire staff are always available to help you and usually anticipate what you need before you ask. Great breakfast included every morning. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent with huge servings. Just can’t say enough about how special this Riad is. Want to say thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Mohammed and Hakin who took care of us morning to night. They made my granddaughters birthday one she will never forget. "This Riad is an oasis of calm in an otherwise bustling Marrakech. It is ideally located, clean and well maintained. All of the staff are focussed on looking after their guests. There is nothing to not like about it. If you want to stay somewhere that feels a bit special this is the place to go."
