The pet specific room was perfect. These folks truly know how to welcome pet owners. Good mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. Lovely Riverwalk greenway across the street from the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, it's about the only place that is pet friendly. My grandson loved the pool. Clean rooms. Carpet could use a shampoo. Other that that its a good place to stay.

Incredible Property and Great Staff
We had an amazing stay! There are a couple things that makes this Comfort Inn stand out amongst its competitors. Located on top of the hill overlooking the town was our first nice surprise. Second, we enjoyed the convenience of Santana’s being attached to the the hotel. Third, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They accommodated our request for a late checkout..that helped us out tremendously. We were located on the first floor, but I chuckled to myself as I past the elevator that other reviewers have complained about. I operate a 21 story high rise condominium and totally understand why it’s down. I too, have had an elevator out of service for an extended period while we were awaiting arrival of a mod kit and scheduling from our service provider. You simply can’t make everyone happy. However, my family truly enjoyed your property, staff and stay. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be returning to stay with you again in the future. Thank you

Liked the property and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast had lots of choices including sausage and eggs (could have been open a little longer?) but it was more than is usually available elsewhere. The beds were comfortable- it was a very good night’s stay.

Old and musty
This hotel is old. In desperate need of an update. Only 1 elevator as the other was out of order. The hallway is dark with stained carpet, drop down ceiling is dusty and falling apart. The room was cleaned, but it’s so old and musty that it didn’t matter. The AC unit wasn’t even digital, it had 3 manual settings. The bathroom had dirty corners that made me feel gross when using the restroom or shower. We definitely won’t return when we come to this town next year.

Good morning,Yes, we are an older property but we take pride in our cleanliness and customer satisfaction. I apologize that you had issues with your stay. One of the elevators is down but we are in the process of getting a new one. The time frame is out of our hands. Some of our rooms do have the older type A/C units which still work very well. If you had a problem, we would of been happy to move you or try and resolve any issue you had while here. Thank you again for staying with us and have a blessed day!
