「Supertrevligt bemötande av personalen genom hela vistelsen. Perfekt läge i centrum. Vi valde ett economy-rum och blev förvånade över att det var så rymligt. Lite kul att wc och dusch fick plats i ett litet utrymme. En rörlig vägg som agerade både handfat och skiljevägg för dusch/wc :) God frukost. Rekommenderas varmt!」

「原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。」

「地點優越，從機場坐火車十七分鐘到站再從車站行三至四分鐘便到達酒店（從火車站落車後落一層經地下通道直行然後再撘lift上地面最快）；地鐵站和火車站相連，出入其他旅遊景點交通非常之超級方便(如參加local tours, 集合上車地點也很近，只需要二分鐘步程）。酒店位置安全聆静，房間乾淨舒適，有開放式廚房，微波焗爐洗衣機洗碗碟機並提供各一次性份量的簡單清潔劑及用品。今次要非常感謝酒店短髮的女接待員親切友善專業服務態度，令我們有一個開心快樂的Copenhagen 之旅，多謝妳。」

「Great apartment in a good location. Didn’t receive the arrival email but access sorted through hotels.com promptly. Very clean and quiet. Got fit being on the top floor with no lift! Nice roof garden would definitely stay again. Only small grumble is there were no cushions on the kitchen chairs so they were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise perfect」

「The apartment was beautiful. There was an obvious high level of care taken to creates welcoming space. Everything in it was new. The walk to the harbor was only 10 minutes. Great location!」

「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「位於一個紅磚建築裡，乾淨且寬敞，位於安靜的區域附近沒有什麼商店。但房間有廚房且基本用品齊全也有洗碗機。入住是使用密碼自行入住，對我沒有造成困擾，覺得很方便不用等入住和退房。」

「Alt var som forventet, og lige lidt til. Lækker lejlighed, lækre møbler og dyner. Parkering foran lejlighed er møj dyrt :) Rengøringen af lige misset at gøre rent under sofaen - fandt en uventet "gave" da sengen skulle slås ud.」

「酒店有設備一流的厨房設施，在附近就有－間大型超市，價格合理,我們終於可自巳煮到 意粉，生菜及湯了 房間多枱面，掛架擺放物品，插蘇頭充足！ 早餐十分好味，如果增加熱食更好！大堂有朱古力糖，咖啡,冷熱水，生菓供應！ 非常注重環保，無提供面紙，施鞋，一次性 漱口用品，垃圾桶分三類擺放。」

「Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before 」

「房間非常寬敞，設施亦很齊全，有廚房和洗衣機，樓下亦有gym。可惜洗衣機門常打不開，但其中一位員工非常熱心幫忙，問題也得以解決。只是他不在的時候，其他員工不懂怎麼協助，承諾明天會有技工解決，但洗衣機門依然打不開，也沒有交代有沒有人來整過，或是有其他原因所以未能解決。住在這裏大致上都非常愉快，只是這個問題上，覺得員工向我們交代一聲會比較好。」

「I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app. It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy. I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again....

「The Scandic Copenhagen is ideally located in walking distance to the city centre and attractions. Our room was clean and tidy with excellent views over the lake and city. Breakfast was included and as I love a full english I tried their attempts at this, sadly what they provided was sub par, some of it undercooked but the continental style breakfast was quite good. All the staff were friendly, some more than others, but no issues and a pleasnt experience. My one concern is personal, we had...

「The room is equipped with basic facilities but is fairly comfortable. The toilet is a bit small and with only a non-separated shower, but it is overall clean and tidy. The room could be a bit hot during summer days as there is no air con, but the bed is good enough. If there are more chairs in the room, it would be great. 」
