Overall, it was lovely experience; kids enjoyed a lot but only downfall was the air-conditioning system was not up to the mark or it might be due to humid conditions at that time. The management should look into this only; otherwise the ambience of the place is wonderful, and I highly recommend this place.

decent hotel. Worth the price. However, hallways were swarming with leftover trays and food bags during my stay at the hotel.

Decent for location and price. Spacious rooms.
We stayed because of the close distance to where we wanted to go in Dammam. The daily cleaning is fine but not so much in the hidden spots. Bathroom sink had no sink cover and some rust in shower. Room very comfortable and service good. Laundry took longer time than usual.

Good visit
Novotel always one of the best , but this was visit was different, the fridge and TV was not working. A group of boys wake up twice as the noise was too high.

They need to check their appliances regularly. Some essential items were not available and had to ask them for it, such as slippers. Parking is so small due to new Starbucks taking a big section of the parking lot.

Bad booking app and bad hotel
I’ve booked room with living room but they gave me standard room and I asked for a repayment but they asked me to contact you. I’ve called you an international call for 15 minuets but nobody response to my call. I will never book again through your app and never book in this hotel.

Lacks hygiene and treats clients very poorly and is rude. There are no precautions for Coronavirus. I will not go back to it again. One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. I don't know why this hotel is rated 4 stars. There are hotels rated 3 and 2 stars better than this one. Very bad service.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall the hotel was okay but the room was not as expected. When I checked in, they didnt follow COVID-19 instruction and the front desk employee didn't sanitize his hand before taking my ID nor after. The room freebies was cheap. They only provided shampoo, gel shower and soap bar!!! Only 2 small to medium size towels to use in the bathroom!! No iron and iron board were provided in the room .. no complementary coffee. And the tea bags were not in a sealed bag. Seriously!!! It is very disgusting.. who would drink uncleaned tea bags.. I dont recommend this hotel

Clean and very friendly staff
Overall my stay was good. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The only issues i had was when i went to order food on a few of the nights they didn't have the food on the menu available.

Disappointing business stay over
Could be a great hotel for a business stay but in my room there were a number of maintenance issues that desperately needed attention, vanity basin not fixed to countertop, mixer tap to vanity basin not fixed, loose electrical sockets, also the coffee bar in the lounge area of the hotel was below my room, their phone was loud and constantly ringing, last call was just after 4am. As a result I had a terrible nights sleep, I mentioned this to reception/ check in desk and they said they'd report it to the manager.

1. Please don't promote standard room and superior for which you pay a lot more and get pretty much nothing. my room was slightly bigger than a standard room and yet paid a fair bit more. 2. breakfast buffet very good expect saw the restaurant manager sneezing one morning and di not clean his hands and was touching the salads with his hands..arghh 3. good check in and check out 4. room service is good 5. breakfast staff can be better trained

This should never be called a business hotel. There is one outlet in the entire room.. The room was very dark, for a business park, hotel, atleast have some lights in the rooms for ppl to work. It was depressing to come to the room.
