「I usually stay at this hotel during my business trips because of its convenient location and the reasonable room space. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The service was below expectations, especially for a hotel that I frequently choose for my stays. The supervisor, Mr. Ebrahim, was unfortunately rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse instead of resolving concerns professionally. What truly shocked me was that my room was...

「This was the worst experience I have ever had. Drunk people knocked on my door in the middle of the night, shouting girls from the rooms at 3 a.m after they finished from nightclub . The bathroom was filthy, the towels were old, there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the AC, the toilet paper was extremely low quality, and the breakfast was very poor.」

At other hotels, no additional fees were requested for registering a guest; however, here they asked for a 10 BD fee as an extra charge. There was no prior clarification on this fee, and I felt the situation was a bit awkward. I recommend that this policy be clarified for the future, so other guests do not face the same confusion.」
