「This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.」

「This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.」

The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us.
